Some folks say there’s a Wild, Wild West, bustling casino feel. Others say Binion’s is reminiscent of a roadside grill in a small Texas town on a Saturday night.  Peanuts are on the floor everywhere, with about half the crowd munching, the other half tossing the shells.  Boring? It’s not!  Don’t for a second think all this commotion translates into chaos in the kitchen or confusion among the wait staff. Behind the laid-back atmosphere is a well-oiled team overseeing every detail from producing perfect steaks to providing a level of friendly service other eating joints would die for.
